1. Did you try using your Hollins network username and password, the same you use for logging into my.hollins and your hollins.edu email? If you do not know your Hollins username and password, contact the Hollins IT department: 540-362-6538.
2. Already have an existing ILL account? You can choose to continue to access your existing account with your current ILL username/password; no changes needed. Or you can switch to using your network username & password: contact us at 540-362-6239 or

3. If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot your ILLiad username or password?" link on the ILLiad logon page. Enter your username and an email will be sent to you. Click the link in the email, and set your new password. Then you will be logged into your ILLiad account. To help you remember your password next time, you can click on Change Password and enter a password hint.4. Error message:If you use the Forgot your ILLiad username or password? feature to reset your password, and you get an error message (such as "Invalid session id"), then delete cookies from your browser and try again
