Late and overdue material should be returned to the Checkout Desk as soon as possible. After 29 days overdue items are assumed lost and you will receive a replacement fee on your library account. Items that are on reserve behind the Checkout Desk are considered high-demand and will be considered lost more quickly. You will receive multiple emails in your Hollins account regarding overdue items. More information about overdue and lost items can be found on our Borrowing Policies page.
Replacement fees will be automatically removed if you return the item. If the item is lost, please reach out to Jessi Hood, Circulation Coordinator (hoodja@hollins.edu or 540-362-6090), for replacement options.
