How can I reserve a classroom, meeting room or study room in the library?

We use Mazevo software to reserve spaces. You will need to log-in to Mazevo with your email before placing a request. Please place requests ahead of when you need the room; the personnel receiving your requests work Monday through Friday only.

Reservable Spaces

Classrooms

• CLE/Library classroom, first floor: Staff & Faculty only, Mazevo link
• #5, ground floor: Staff & Faculty only, Mazevo link
• Jackson Screening Room, Mazevo link

Reservable meeting rooms

• Goldsmith Room, 2nd floor (seats 6 comfortably),  Mazevo link. When not reserved, the room is available to students first-come, first-serve.
• Hollins Room, Mazevo link
• Reading Room, Mazevo link

Non-Reservable, first-come, first-served

• Study Rooms (located on Ground, 2nd, and 3rd floors)
  • Our study rooms are intended for use by students, faculty, staff, and official guests of Hollins University. During interim periods or times of low use, Hollins visitors may use study rooms for limited periods of time, at the discretion of library staff. Also, please note that during times of high demand for rooms, preference is given to Hollins students over HU faculty or staff.

• Available after 4:30 pm, M-F and on weekends:
  • The Green Conference Room (1st floor)
  • The Student Success Meeting Room and Testing Room (2nd floor)
